    I have a passion for exercise and nutrition science that dates back to the beginning of my motherhood journey. Having been a young, insecure girl with no good role models in what it meant to be physically active, nourish and love your body, I decided to choose a different path for myself and my family. For several years I’ve studied the latest science in exercise and nutrition and applied it to myself and others. I’ve helped people build new and better relationships with food and their bodies, and embrace the process of adopting new lifestyles that put them on a path towards longevity and quality of life.
